A: No! There are no age requirements for our tours, only a weight requirement. All guests must weigh in between 70 and 250 pounds.

A: Yes, for safety reasons for our guests and guides there is a weight limit of 250 pounds.
Q: How much does the tour cost?
A: Our tour costs $89 per guest.
Q: How long does a tour typically last?A: Each tour consists of 5 zips total and typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours.
Q: Is the tour only one zipline?! How long is it?A: Our course actually consists of 5 zips total, ranging from 500-1900 feet long. The cables also range from 75 to over 250 feet off the ground! The course also offers 4 unique sky bridges and incredible aerial views of the forest from the platforms located throughout the canopy.
Q: Are there brakes on the zipline? How do we stop!?!A: Yes! All of our ziplines use gravity breaking as well as a brake block and pulley system, controlled by 2 guides on the landing platform. This system allows guests to rapidly slow down as they arrive at the platform and come in for a very smooth landing.
Q: What is the refund policy?A: We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Q: What is the weather cancellation policy?A: We zip in almost all kinds of weather! Except for severe winds and thunderstorms, zips happen rain or shine. Guests will have a great time regardless as each type of weather and season will yield a different experience on the course.
Q: What is your payment policy?A: All guests must have paid in full in order to go on tour. For those making advanced reservations, we would be happy to run your credit card information on a date closer to your outing, as late as 72 hours prior.
